We Offer 3 Different Catering Styles
LIVE TACO CART - TAQUIZA
(On-Site Catering)

On-Site Cooking with our Taco Cart at your Home or Event Location.


Serves an average of 2-3 Tacos Per Person. We arrive at your location 1 hour before serving to cook & set up. You get 1.5 hours of serving. All extra food stays with you. Plastic Ware & Napkins included.

 
TACO BAR BUFFET-STYLE


Our Siesta Crew comes to you to set up our delicious selection of menu items with all the necessary items for an attractive presentation. Colorfully decorated table presentation with Chaffing dishes to keep the food hot for your guests to enjoy.

Serves an average of 2-3 Tacos Per Person. We arrive at your location 1 hour before serving to cook & set up. You get 1.5 hours of serving. All extra food stays with you. Plastic Ware & Napkins included.

DROP OFF DELIVERY


We deliver your food to your location for an additional 15% delivery fee. The food is delivered in large disposable
aluminum trays. Disposable Wire Chaffing Dishes are extra.

In accordance with the National Association of Caterers, a fee of 15% - 25% is charged to the subtotal of your event for Business License, Commercial General Liability Insurance, Workers' Comp Insurance, Commercial Auto Insurance, and equipment maintenance. This fee also includes general labor before and after the event, load/unload, travel/wear and tear costs and gratuity.
